Piecefull: Art Block Puzzle Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We do not require an account. The App does not ask for your name, email address, or password, and we do not knowingly collect any information that directly identifies you.

• Game progress, stored only on your device. Level progress, streaks, and settings are saved locally on your device. This data is never transmitted to us and is deleted automatically if you uninstall the App.
• Leaderboard data, sent to our server. If you view or submit a score to a leaderboard, the App sends a device identifier, the score or time you achieved, and a nickname, plus your device's model and name. See Leaderboards below.
• Advertising and device identifiers, collected by our ad partner.The App displays ads served by Google AdMob, which may automatically collect your device’s advertising identifier, general device information, IP address, and approximate location to show relevant ads.
• App usage and crash information, collected by Google. The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Google Crashlytics. Analytics records in-app events — such as starting or finishing a puzzle, using a hint, or being shown an ad — along with general device and app-version information, so we can see which parts of the App people actually use. Crashlytics records diagnostic reports when the App crashes or misbehaves, including the error details, device model, and operating-system version. Both send this information to Google.
• Information you provide directly. The only personal information we ever receive directly from you is whatever you choose to include in an email if you contact us.

2. How we use information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the App.
• To serve the ads that support free play.
• To understand how the App is used and to diagnose crashes, so we can fix them.
• To respond to support requests sent to us by email.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to the App.

3. Leaderboards

Piecefull: Art Block Puzzle includes an optional global leaderboard, run on a server we operate (shared across our games). If you view or submit a score, the App sends:

• An identifier for your device — not your advertising ID, and never shared with ad partners. It is derived on your device from a platform-provided device id (Android’s SSAID or iOS’s vendor id), scrambled before it is sent so we never receive the original value. Because it is tied to the device rather than randomly generated, it stays the same if you uninstall and reinstall the App — which is what lets your leaderboard entries survive a reinstall.
• The score or time you achieved on that leaderboard.
• A nickname. Piecefull: Art Block Puzzlegenerates one for you automatically (something like “Swift Otter”) — it is not your real name, and the App never asks you to enter one.
• Your device’s model and name, sent once when the App first registers you, so that two devices belonging to the same player can be told apart. On Android the device name is whatever you have named your device in system settings, which on some devices includes your name; on recent iOS versions it is usually just the generic model name.

We use this solely to calculate and display rankings. This data is retained on our server until you ask us to delete it — see Delete your data below.

4. Analytics & crash reporting

The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Google Crashlytics. Analytics tells us which features are used and how often, in aggregate; Crashlytics tells us when and why the App crashed. Neither is used to build an advertising profile of you, and neither receives your name or email address — we never collect those in the first place.

Google processes this information as described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can stop it entirely by uninstalling the App.

5. Advertising & Google AdMob

Piecefull is free to play and supported by banner and interstitial ads served through Google AdMob.

Google’s own data practices for AdMob are described in the Google Privacy Policy and Google’s EU User Consent Policy.

6. Your ad choices

• Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads, to reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads.
• iOS:Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, to decline or change your tracking choice at any time.
• You can also review ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.

8. Delete your data

Your device-local progress (levels, streaks, settings) is never sent to us in the first place — clearing Piecefull: Art Block Puzzle’s storage in your device settings, or uninstalling the App, erases it immediately and completely.

To delete the leaderboard data Piecefull: Art Block Puzzle has stored on our server (your device identifier, nickname, device model/name, and scores):

1. In the App (fastest):open Settings and tap “Reset leaderboard data.” This deletes it immediately — no email required.
2. By email: send rpapps25@gmail.com your in-app nickname (if any) and roughly when you played, and we’ll remove your leaderboard entries — useful if you no longer have the App installed.

Either method deletes your leaderboard entries permanently — we keep no backup copy and there is no additional retention period. Anything still on your own device is unaffected.

9. Children’s privacy

Piecefull: Art Block Puzzle is designed for a general audience and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at rpapps25@gmail.com and we will delete it.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to certain processing. Because Piecefull: Art Block Puzzle does not maintain user accounts, we hold very little information ourselves. For any request, email us at rpapps25@gmail.com.

11. Security

We rely on the security protections built into the operating system and storage APIs the App uses. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the revised policy.
