Inkora Privacy Policy

AI Apps ("we", "us", or "our") develops Inkora (package id dev.ai_app.inkora), an ai body art try-on app for mobile devices (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Inkoradoes not require you to create an account or sign in. There is no chat, no user-generated content shared with other users, and no way for one user to contact another inside the App. The App’s core feature is generating a preview of nail art, tattoo, or mehndi designs on a photo you choose to provide — see How your photo is processed below for exactly what that involves.
1. Information we collect
We do not require an account. The App does not ask for your name, email address, or password, and we do not knowingly collect any information that directly identifies you.
- Photos you upload or capture. When you choose a photo to preview a design on, the App sends that photo to our server, which processes it to generate your result. See How your photo is processed below.
- Optional custom design reference photo. If you choose to provide a reference image for a custom design, it is sent and processed the same way as your primary photo.
- Generated preview images. The result the App generates for you is sent back to your device. We do not keep a copy on our server after your session ends.
- Basic technical data. Like virtually any server, ours necessarily processes request metadata (such as IP address and timestamps) for the requests your device makes, used only to operate the service, prevent abuse, and apply rate limits. We do not use this to build a profile of you.
- Information you provide directly. The only personal information we ever receive directly from you is whatever you choose to include in an email if you contact us.
2. How we use information
- To generate the body art preview you requested from your photo.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the App.
- To apply rate limits and prevent abuse of the service.
- To respond to support requests sent to us by email.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use your photos for any purpose unrelated to generating the preview you asked for.
3. How your photo is processed
Generating a realistic preview requires AI image analysis and generation that we do not run ourselves. When you submit a photo, it — and any design reference you provide — is sent to the following processors solely to generate your result:
- Anthropic (Claude). Analyzes your photo and writes the detailed instructions used to generate your preview.
- fal.ai (Flux image model). Generates the final body art preview image from your photo and those instructions.
These processors receive your photo only to perform this processing on our behalf — not to serve you ads, and not to build a profile of you. We don’t control their systems directly, so we encourage you to review their own privacy policies for how they handle data they process.

5. No ads, no analytics
Inkora contains no advertising network and no analytics or crash-reporting SDK. The only outside parties that ever see your photo are the AI processors named above, and only to generate the preview you asked for.
6. Subscriptions & payment
Inkora may offer optional premium plans. Any purchase is billed and processed directly by Google Play or the App Store under their own payment systems — we never receive or store your card or payment account details.
7. Data retention & deletion
We do not keep a persistent copy of your photos or generated previews on our server. The data held in memory to process your request is automatically cleared shortly after processing completes, whether or not you save the result on your own device. Anything saved to your device’s gallery stays under your control and is removed if you delete it or uninstall the App.
8. Children’s privacy
Inkora is designed for a general audience and we do not knowingly collect personal information, including photos, from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at rpapps25@gmail.com and we will delete it.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to certain processing. Because Inkora does not maintain user accounts and does not retain your photos after processing, we hold very little information ourselves. For any request, email us at rpapps25@gmail.com.
10. Security
Photos are sent to our server over an encrypted connection. We rely on the security protections built into the operating system, storage APIs, and network infrastructure the App and our server use. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the revised policy.
